Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange any merchandise, please first send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return or exchange. The return must be in approved and saleable condition within 7 days from when you received it. Once we receive your email, we will send you a return address and you may ship the parcel back to the Mangishi Doll Studio in Zambia.

You are responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or a mistake made by Mangishi Doll. All exchanges will bear additional shipping costs to have the item resent to you. We advise that you return your parcel using a tracked/insured service as only merchandise that has been received back to our studio can be processed for returns. 

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We will process your refund within 2 working days of receiving the item.
